Conference "A Circular Future with Plastics" - The European plastics converting industry meets in Berlin

European Plastics Converters (EuPC) and IK Industrievereinigung Kunststoffverpackungen e.V. present "A Circular Future with Plastics", the two-day focusing on circular economy and sustainability of plastic products. Top-class speakers characterise the program, while the forums and roundtables provide additional space for networking and learning from each other. The program is complemented by a session organised by Waste Free Oceans on marine litter. In addition to construction and automotive, packaging is one of three market sessions on the 13th June. IK Managing Director Isabell Schmidt will introduce in this forum the new management guide for Eco Design of plastic packaging.

As part of the evening event on the first day, the prize will be awarded for the "Best Polymer Manufacturers in Europe 2019", which was determined in a survey among the European plastics processors. On Friday, the main conference session moderated by journalist Melinda Crane will start. IK President Roland Straßburger (CEO SCHÜTZ GmbH & Co. KGaA) and EuPC President Renato Zelcher (CEO Crocco SpA) are participants in the panel discussion on the circular economy with plastics.
