Draft Programme Published - A Circular Future with Plastics 2019

IK, Industrievereinignung Kunststoffverpackungen, and EuPC, European Plastics Converters, are organising together the 2019 edition of the conference A Circular Future with Plastics. The two-day event will take place on 13th & 14th June at the Maritim Hotel proArte in Berlin.

During the morning of the 13th June, the "EuPC Market Divisions" on Packaging, Automotive and Building & Construction will take place in parallel, before a session on marine litter is organised by Waste Free Oceans in the afternoon. During the conference on the 14th June, representatives of national and European politics, CEOs of the plastics industry will share their knowledge and experience about the trends of the sector.

Thursday 13th of June

09.30-13.00 Market Session on Packaging, Chaired by David Baker, RPC Group Industry Affairs Director & Chairman of PCEP. --- Market Session on Building & Construction, Chaired by Myriam Tryjefaczka, Sustainability and Public Affairs Director EMEA at Tarkett. --- Market Session on Automotive & Transport, Chaired by Claude Clement, President & CEO Europe of Plastic Omnium Auto Inergy.

14.00-16.30 Waste Free Oceans (WFO) Session on Marine Litter, Chaired by Bernard Merkx, Co-Founder of WFO, Owner/Director of Green Wave Plastics, and Honorary President of Plastics Recyclers Europe.

19.00 Gala Dinner and Award Ceremony of the Best Polymer Produces for Europe Awards.

Friday 14th of June

10.00-13.30 Main Conference A Circular Future with Plastics, Moderated by Dr. Melinda Crane, and with the confirmed participation of:
