The CFREP Conference 2026 will take place on 16–17 June 2026 in Brussels, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, and value chain stakeholders to discuss the latest regulatory and technical developments that are shaping the future of food-contact materials (FCM) and packaging sustainability.
The conference will address key EU regulatory and technical developments, with a focus on practical implementation and industry challenges.

- Regulatory Outlook & PPWR Implementation: Including the FCM review, PFAS, and broader EU policy developments
- Recycled Plastics for Food Contact: Implementation of Regulation (EU) 2022/1616, including safety, traceability, and audit practices
- Reuse Methodology & Circularity: Performance-based approaches and alignment with EU initiatives
- Declaration of Compliance (DoC): Practical workshop on documentation, recycled content, and compliance requirements
- Value Chain Roundtable: Exchange between producers, converters, recyclers, certifiers, and associations on priorities and challenges
